Task Status
Task status is always determined from the lifecycle states of the Task Outputs.
Note that a Task always has at least one Task Output.
The following table shows how the lifecycle states of Task Outputs govern the status of a Task.

When any Task Output has a lifecycle state that is none of:
| Started |
When any Task Output has a lifecycle state of Requires Review | Data Item Requires Review |
When all Task Outputs have the lifecycle state No Data | Ready to Start |
When all Task Outputs have the lifecycle state Approved | Finished |
